At Mariner, every light fixture begins long before the design: it begins with the choice of materials. Bronze cast using traditional methods, glass and crystal that carry light in different ways, alabaster that makes it almost tactile… all of it is part of the same language.
In this video, Jorge Mariner explains how we combine these materials and why craftsmanship allows us to go beyond the catalogue: adjusting proportions, developing specific finishes, refining structures and customising each piece to suit the project.

En Mariner, cada luminaria empieza mucho antes del diseño: empieza en la elección de los materiales. El bronce trabajado mediante fundición, el vidrio y el cristal que conducen la luz de formas distintas, el alabastro que la vuelve casi táctil… Todo forma parte de un mismo lenguaje.
